Ordering
Can I buy a single pack?
Yes. Every flavour can be bought as a single pack or as a full box. Choose Single or Box on the product and add it to your cart.
How many packs are in a box?
It depends on the pack: 30g packs come in boxes of 48, 125g packs in boxes of 20, Popcorn in boxes of 12 and Stiks in boxes of 24. The exact count is shown on every product.
What is a mixed box?
A mixed box holds assorted flavours from one range in a single box. It is a great way to try everything, or to give your customers a choice.
I run a shop, tuckshop or spaza. Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely. Order boxes online, or contact us about larger orders and becoming a stockist.
Delivery & collection
Do you deliver?
We deliver by courier across South Africa for R120. Orders over R1,000 ship free. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection from our factory at 12-16 Houthamer Road, Devland, Johannesburg 1811 is free. Collect free from our Devland factory, usually ready the next working day. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the damaged items or refund you.

The payment options available are shown at checkout. If you need an invoice for your business, contact us before you order.
Do I need an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders and reorder in one tap.

Where are Krunch snacks made?
In Devland, Johannesburg. Krunch has been making proudly South African snacks since 2014.

Ingredients and allergens are printed on every pack. If you need the information before you buy, contact us and we will send it.
