Refund and Returns Policy

We want every pack to be perfect. If something is wrong with your order, we will replace it or refund you.

1. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If a box or pack arrives damaged, if you received the wrong product, or if something is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Send your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

2. Quality concerns

Under the Consumer Protection Act you are entitled to goods that are safe and of good quality. If a product is defective (for example it is stale before its best-before date or the seal is broken), contact us with the batch or best-before code printed on the pack and a photo. We will replace the product or refund you.

3. Change of mind

Our products are food meant for everyday consumption, so the cooling-off period in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act does not apply to them. As a courtesy, full boxes that are unopened, undamaged and well within their best-before date may be returned within 7 days of delivery by arrangement with us. You pay the cost of returning them, and we refund the product price once we have checked the boxes.

For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened boxes, single packs, or products that have been stored incorrectly after delivery.

4. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order for a full refund until it has been dispatched or collected. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid with the same payment method you used, or by EFT to an account in your name. We process refunds within 5 working days of approving them; your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
