Delivery & Collection

We deliver Krunch snacks across South Africa by courier, and you can collect your order from our factory for free.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses in South Africa. We do not deliver outside South Africa at this stage.

2. Delivery fees

• Courier delivery: R120 per order.
• Free courier delivery on orders over R1,000 (after any discounts).
• Collection from our factory: free.

The fee for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Very large or outlying-area orders may need a quote, and we will contact you before sending.

3. Delivery times

Orders are packed once payment has reflected. Courier delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch; outlying areas can take longer. Deliveries happen on working days only (not on weekends or public holidays).

4. Collecting your order

Choose collection at checkout and collect from 12-16 Houthamer Road, Devland, Johannesburg 1811 during our trading hours. Collect free from our Devland factory, usually ready the next working day. Please bring your order number. Someone else can collect on your behalf if they have the order number and your name.

5. Receiving your delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order, and give the courier a phone number that is on. If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, the courier may charge to deliver again.

Check your boxes when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
