These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Krunch SA (Pty) Ltd online. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and prices
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where VAT applies. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout. Pack photos are for illustration; packaging designs may change from time to time.
We take care to show correct prices. If a price on the website is clearly wrong (for example because of a typing error), we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment is not received, or if we suspect fraud; in that case any payment is refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payment options are shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Orders are processed once payment has reflected in our account.
5. Delivery, collection and returns
Delivery and collection are covered in our delivery & collection policy, and returns in our returns & refunds policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery or collection.
6. Allergens
Ingredients and allergen information are printed on every pack. If you have an allergy, always read the pack before eating, and contact us if you need the information before you order.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as courier delays, load shedding or strikes.
8. Website content
The Krunch name, logo, crown, pack designs and website content belong to Krunch SA and may not be copied without our written permission.
9. Your information
We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
